Ive had good resluts with spinach and found that it is a good thing to grow if you have a bit too much shade, I particularly like ‘baby leaf spinach’ which is a smaller variety because I can grow it in between other larger plants. I also found that it loves drainage.

@jd637906 An average potato usually contains 60% of your days need of Vitamin C. I bet you didn’t know that. Also whoever taught you carbs are bad is an imbecile. Most of the carbs in taters is starch, which not 100% of the starch digests, what is a carb that doesn’t digest? Fiber. And everyone knows fiber is good.
@midniight Yes I have done this before by accident mind you I couldn’t find all and they began to regrow another plant if you leave some you can regrow more potatoe plants.

potatoes are bad though. all you get is carbs. not much nutrients.
hey the people below has the wrong idea the farmer should not wash the potatoes But “dust / Brush” them dry and cool place in wooden boxes under straw is normally is done in Florida under the house
so if you leave them under dirt for a long time, they begin to sprout, and then make more potatoe plants? or?……
