Growing Mung beans, Soy beans and Squash from seeds: Update
This is just a very quick update video of my Organic Mung beans, Soy beans and Squash that I started from seeds. The Beans are 29 days old and the squash is 5 weeks old. So far so good!
I will post a link in the video of my beans when they were only 6 days old. Don’t forget to visit my Fan Page on facebook: www.facebook.com
Can you try my pepper contest?
@Incredibleisaac2 I actually don’t know much about peppers
. My “advice” wouldn’t be that good. Lol. Sorry ^^
looks great thanks 4 sharing
Nice video! You’re right, there are male and female flowers. The flower that you’ve showed us is a male flower. When you lift up a female flower, there will be a round bulb where it connects to the stem, and this is what swells to become the squash.
I love edamame ^_^ I grew some soy bean this fall as a trial and they kindly produce some beans for us. I just boil the soy bean in water for 3-5 minutes, drain, and then fry them in olive til crispy. Sprinkle with some salt afterwards and they go great with a can of beer. They make a great party snack ^_^
I agree squash flowers are beautiful and will bring bees to your garden : )
@SteveHarpster Thanks for watching!
@Andalbanon Thanks for the info. Really looking forward to seeing the actual veggie!
@4GreenEarth2 That sounds pretty tasty! I’ll give that a try.
@Planting81 My weed flowers brings in plenty of bees already… Lol. But yes, the flowers do look beautiful! ^^
@MyInspiredCreation I actually took a picture of squash flowers earlier this summer to show the different flowers. I’ll post the pic to your facebook page.
