GROW, Veggie Garden, GROW!
Come take another quick look at our homegrown vegetable garden! Update July 4th, 2009. This is our most successful garden yet, and we’re happy to show it off! We’ve used a generous amount of manure, and lovingly tended it daily – now it’s completely crammed full of lush green vegetable goodness. MMMMM. In this relatively small BC garden we’ve got Potatoes, Peas, Corn, Rhubarb, Herbs, Bok Choy, Cucumbers, Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts, Zucchinni, Beans, Tomatoes, Peppers, and salad greens. amazing job well done>
good job, you’ve had a lot more success with your brocolli than I have!
Thanks! Your garden looks great also.
Beginners luck? I hope not – I’d like to try a fall crop and plant twice as much next year!
You have an amazing garden. Good job!
I wish i had soil like that. I live in alabama so all i have is clay for soil.
your plants all look so perfect and spaced so nice. Nice Garden!!
@MrChickendog Thank you!
@gardencraze Our “soil” is very sandy – but we’ve built it up over the last few years with cow manure and we turn under all the green material at the end of the season. It’s a weedy mess, but it sure grows good!
Your garden is so awesome, hopefully I can get something like that going for myself next year
